In response to the COVID Pandemic, the South Dakota DEC and its partner organizations are primarily offering virtual events. We are joined in this effort by the US Commercial Service.
The South Dakota DEC and its partners are currently offering virtual export training programs. These cover a range of timely international business topics, and are a sensible way to stay export-aware until we can meet again in person. In addition, online export programs are available from other DECs around the country, and from the National DEC, in Washington D.C.
The U.S. Commercial Service organizes hundreds of domestic and overseas trade events each year, and often complements them with related seminars, business match-making, and export counseling. It also maintains an excellent online event database, where you can search by topic, industry, and country. Well worth a look!
The Food Export Association of the Midwest USA: This non-profit organization offers export events for companies in the food and agricultural sectors. These include seminars, webinars, and overseas programs, which are supporter by the USDA. All of these are listed on their online event calendar. Here, you can filter by event type, location, status, or date.
